What do I do if I forgot my nabi™ ID?
If you forgot your nabi™ ID, please tap Forgot Password found on the Ask Mom/Dad parental password screen. In nabi™ Mode, tap Menu Key > Mommy/Daddy Mode > Forgot Password on the lower left. Your nabi™ ID is the email address displayed on the pop-up message.
Please note: In order to successfully retrieve your nabi™ID on nabi, you must be connected to a Wi-Fi network.
