What should I do if I’m unable to locate or join a nearby Wi-Fi network?
First, check to see if the network is available by tapping All Apps > Settings > Wi-Fi. Make sure that Wi-Fi is on and choose from the available networks that are listed. Please note that it may take a few seconds for the Wi-Fi network name to appear.
