How do I update or delete my credit card information?

In order to update your credit card information, please follow these simple steps:

  1. In Mommy/Daddy Mode, tap App Zone and scroll all the way to the bottom of the store.

  2. Tap Account and Sign In with your nabi™ ID and password.

  3. Edit your Credit Card information under Payment Information & Billing Address.

Please note that we manage all customer information in a secured server with strong encryption. We do not store any credit card information locally on nabi.
