What do I do if I forgot my nabi™ password?
If you forgot your password, please tap Forgot Password found on the Ask Mom/Dad parental password screen. In nabi™ Mode, tap Menu Key > Mommy/Daddy Mode > Forgot Password on the lower left. An email including instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email address associated with your nabi™ ID.
Please note: In order to successfully reset your password on nabi, you must be connected to a Wi-Fi network.
You can also reset your password by visiting our website: www.foozkids.com. Click Parent Sign In on the top right, then click Forgot Your Password. An email with steps on how to reset your password will be emailed to your nabi™ ID email address. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password.
